Raimundo Nonato Teixeira De Souza
Raimundo Nonato Teixeira de Souza, son of godfather Wilson Carneiro de Souza and godmother Zilda Teixeira, was born in Tarauacá, a municipality in the state of Acre, on July 14, 1949.
He began his work with Santo Daime at the age of 13, having lived alongside Mestre Irineu for more than 9 years.
He began receiving his hymns in the early 1980s, with Aconteceu being his second hymnbook, which was opened in São Paulo on November 6, 1997.
In 1990, he took over the administration of Colônia 5.000, a position he held for 7 years, until shortly before his father’s passing.
Today, he carries out his Santo Daime work in the church Pronto Socorro Raimundo Irineu Serra, and is a major promoter of the doctrinal principles left by Mestre Raimundo Irineu Serra and Padrinho Sebastião Mota de Melo.
